Role Overview

Auchan Retail is seeking an Equipier de commerce F/H (level 2) to join its team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience who possess a strong service orientation and a collaborative spirit.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and address their expectations by guiding, informing, and advising them on the store and products. This includes direct assistance, directing them to the appropriate contact, and relaying their feedback.
• Ensure the proper upkeep of shelves and gondola ends through regular stocking and rotation. Maintain visual appeal while adhering to layout, product quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Manage and optimize stock levels by verifying order proposals, correcting stock discrepancies, and controlling merchandise deliveries.
• Contribute to store results through product theatricalization, implementation of commercial operations and layouts, and highlighting products to ensure an optimal commercial offer for customers.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduated with a CAP or BEP.
• Demonstrated interest in commerce and a strong sense of customer service.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Highly organized and rigorous in work execution.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position within a retail setting in Saudi Arabia, where teamwork and customer interaction are central to daily operations.
