About the Banquet Manager Role

Hilton is seeking a Banquet Manager to join our Hotels team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to the daily execution of all banquet functions, focusing on delivering memorable experiences for every guest. The role requires 5-10 years of relevant experience in banquet operations and hospitality management.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with guests with a positive and friendly demeanor, proactively seeking opportunities to enhance their experience.
• Plan, organize, and execute a variety of banquet events, including breakfasts, coffee breaks, luncheons, dinners, cocktail receptions, and galas.
• Oversee the meticulous setup of function rooms, ensuring linens, silverware, glassware, and chinaware are arranged according to event specifications and quality standards.
• Communicate event specifications, procedures, and updates effectively to relevant teams across Food and Beverage, Event Services, Property Operations, Audio Visual, and Housekeeping.
• Manage the breakdown of function rooms, ensuring proper storage of all equipment for subsequent events.
• Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, maintaining the highest standards for guest and team member wellbeing.

Candidates for the Banquet Manager position should possess 5-10 years of experience in banquet operations or a related hospitality management role.
