About the Role

VDITS is seeking a Business Development Executive to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is focused on strategic lead generation across multiple channels to build a robust pipeline for VDITS's four practice areas throughout the GCC and MENA regions. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new leads within regulated, mission-critical sectors across the GCC and MENA, including government, financial services, fintech, oil and gas, energy, manufacturing, and healthcare.
• Execute multi-channel outreach strategies, utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and industry events.
• Qualify prospective leads and transition warm opportunities to the Business Development Manager (BDM) for comprehensive sales cycle closing.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all pipeline activities within the CRM system.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

We are looking for a professional with 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field. Ideal candidates will possess:

• Strong communication and outreach capabilities.
• A background in consulting, IT services, or B2B sales is considered an advantage.
• A self-starter mentality, comfortable operating within a commission-first compensation structure.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the GCC and MENA markets.

Compensation Structure

The compensation for this role is initially commission-based, tied directly to generated and qualified leads. As the assigned territory scales and performance objectives are met, the compensation structure will transition to include a base salary.
