About the Role

Almarai is seeking a Senior Logistics Supervisor to join their team in Hail. This full-time position involves leading the Outbound Hail Warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate picking and dispatch of all finished goods orders, adhering to standard operating procedures. The role also requires efficient and effective execution of all shift receipt and dispatch activities, and providing coverage for the Team Manager when absent.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and lead the warehouse team to ensure efficient, safe, and accurate execution of all activities.
• Maximize warehouse space and facility utilization while maintaining adequate stock levels of warehouse consumables and operational materials.
• Ensure full compliance with quality standards, health and safety regulations, and company policies across all warehouse operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Hail, focusing on logistics and warehouse operations within the Almarai company structure.
