The Team Manager will be responsible for maintaining high standards of efficiency, minimizing loss-in-process, and achieving zero non-conformance, all while strictly adhering to defined product specifications, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a self-directing, multi-functional team within the poultry processing operations.
• Oversee the efficient intake and processing of poultry to meet internal customer demands.
• Ensure operations meet established management performance parameters, including efficiency targets and loss-in-process reduction.
• Implement and monitor processes to achieve zero non-conformance in product output.
• Guarantee strict adherence to defined product specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams and operational processes effectively.
• Experience in a poultry processing or similar food production environment is preferred.
