The Opportunity

Almarai is seeking a Senior Team Manager - System Operation (Transport & Logistics) to join its team in Al-Kharj. This full-time role is part of an ongoing expansion program and strategic acquisitions, contributing to the group's growth plans.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the safe, reliable, and effective operation of all automated and non-automated warehousing materials handling equipment and systems. This is critical for meeting Almarai's business requirements within the transport and logistics sector.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of three years of experience with warehouse management systems.
• Proficiency in SAP.
• Experience with problem-solving techniques such as CAPA, DMAIC, and 5 Whys.

Required Skills

• High level of computer proficiency.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Punctual and disciplined work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively as a team player.
