Role Overview

كيلوج براون اند روت is seeking a CIES08 - Technician, Instrument & Electrical Systems Lead. This full-time role is responsible for ensuring the reliability and availability of Instrument assets to maintain the operational status of Process Units. The position requires 5-10 years of experience and involves international travel and living in KSA.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate the activities of the maintenance technician team, focusing on compliance with preventive maintenance plans and efficient execution of breakdown maintenance on Instrument systems, equipment, and facilities.
• Execute monthly and weekly maintenance plans, control progress, and submit regular reports.
• Provide onsite maintenance and repairs for various Instruments, including generators, transformers, and motors, ensuring adherence to standards, specifications, safety procedures, manufacturer’s recommendations, and contract terms.
• Supervise and coordinate daily Instrument maintenance activities performed by technicians across all Instrument systems, plant equipment, and facilities within the designated area. This role serves as the focal point for the daily Instrument maintenance execution plan.
• Conduct frequent site visits to ensure proper work execution and monitor technicians engaged in routine maintenance activities.
• Follow up on Instrument maintenance work progress, submit regular reports with recommendations to the Instrument foreman, record daily maintenance works against planned programs, and prepare work completion reports as applicable.
• Assist in implementing engineering modifications and enhancements to Instrument equipment by providing recommendations to improve the suitability and serviceability of Instrument systems.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in Oil & Gas maintenance.
• Strong technical understanding of maintenance management within Oil & Gas Facilities.
• Well-organized and proactive with excellent communication skills.
• Proven leadership skills within large organizations.
• Demonstrated maturity of judgment under pressure and problem-solving abilities.
• Strategic management skills.
• Ability to achieve business results in a multi-cultural environment.
• Flexibility to travel internationally and reside in KSA.
