About the Role

Pepsico is seeking a Cntrl & Rpt Assoc Supervisor for a full-time position. This role is central to ensuring robust financial control and reporting across distribution operations, requiring 2-5 years of relevant experience. The supervisor will manage critical control activities during the implementation of new systems or projects, ensuring seamless execution and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

The Cntrl & Rpt Assoc Supervisor will oversee essential financial and operational processes within the distribution network. Core responsibilities include:

  • Managing monthly field closing activities for Distribution Centers (DCs).
  • Supporting bad debt and legal status reviews.
  • Overseeing day-to-day financial operations at assigned DCs.

Financial Oversight and Control

This position plays a vital role in maintaining financial integrity and operational efficiency across various channels. Key duties involve:

  • Ensuring control over 3PL, 2PL, hyper DCs, stockiest, and distributors.
  • Conducting regular market visits, AR aging reviews, and evaluating CCPFs requests to maintain healthy sales and effective financial performance.

Collaboration and Strategic Support

The role requires active engagement with various teams to drive performance and inform decision-making. This includes:

  • Collaborating closely with sales teams to ensure operational excellence, including sales go-to-market strategies.
  • Supporting supply chain I2C activities.
  • Providing key insights to leadership for informed decision-making through dashboards and KPI reviews.

  • Good stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders in the organization.
