Coiled Tubing Field Supervisor (CT FS)

About the Role

NES Global Talent is seeking an experienced Coiled Tubing Field Supervisor (CT FS) for a full-time position with an OFS client in Saudi Arabia (KSA). This role involves supervising and executing coiled tubing (CT) operations at the wellsite, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable service delivery.

Role Purpose

The Coiled Tubing Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of coiled tubing operations, from initial setup to post-job activities. This includes adherence to operational procedures, client requirements, and industry standards, while leading the field crew and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate coiled tubing operations at the wellsite, including rig-up, pressure testing, execution, rig-down, and post-job activities.
• Ensure all operations comply with company policies, HSE requirements, and applicable industry standards.
• Lead the field crew and coordinate with the client representative, wellsite supervisor, and other service providers.
• Review job programs, risk assessments, method statements, and operational procedures prior to commencing work.
• Verify the readiness, functionality, and certification of coiled tubing units, injector heads, BOPs, pressure-control equipment, pumps, and associated tools.
• Monitor operating parameters such as CT depth, weight, pressure, and pumping rates, ensuring operations remain within approved limits.
• Conduct pre-job safety meetings, toolbox talks, and job safety analyses, ensuring personnel understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Identify operational risks, troubleshoot equipment issues, and implement corrective actions as required.
• Ensure accurate completion of job reports, equipment checklists, service tickets, operational records, and end-of-job documentation.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting activities to maintain operational reliability.
• Monitor crew performance, provide technical guidance, and support the development of junior personnel.
• Maintain effective communication with the operations coordinator, client representatives, and management regarding job progress, operational challenges, and service quality.
• Ensure proper handling, transportation, and storage of equipment and tools.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and safety performance.

Work Environment

This is a full-time field-based position located in Saudi Arabia (KSA), requiring direct supervision and execution of coiled tubing operations at various wellsite locations.
