Commercial Manager

About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Commercial Manager to join its team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading commercial strategy across various segments and revenue streams to deliver memorable guest experiences. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated commercial strategies across all revenue streams, including Group, Conference, and Events (GCE), Rooms, Food and Beverage, Leisure, and Spa, to drive top-line performance and market share growth.
• Collaborate with General Managers and Finance to ensure commercial decisions support revenue goals, optimize cost of sales, and achieve profit and margin targets.
• Oversee revenue management practices, including pricing, rate strategies, demand forecasting, and business reviews, to optimize revenue across all segments.
• Coordinate on-property and regional sales, marketing, eCommerce, and public relations activities to support brand positioning and drive demand.
• Monitor market trends, assess the competitive landscape, and adjust commercial strategies to adapt to evolving market conditions.
• Build trusted relationships with owners, operators, Hilton corporate teams, and external partners to align goals and create long-term commercial value.
• Drive engagement and retention through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs for the team.
