The Role: Cooler Technician

Abdul Hadi Abdullah Al-Qahtani & Sons Beverage Company is seeking a dedicated Cooler Technician to join its team in the Asir Region. This full-time position is critical for ensuring the optimal performance, reliability, and efficiency of the company's cooling equipment. The Cooler Technician is primarily responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various refrigeration and cooling units.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair issues related to refrigerator and cooling equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance, cleaning, and routine inspections of cooling units.
• Install, commission, and maintain various types of cooling equipment.
• Monitor equipment performance to ensure proper and efficient operation.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and execute corrective maintenance procedures.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team to effectively support customer requirements.
• Provide technical installation, maintenance, and support services directly to customers.
• Adhere to all safety and quality standards during maintenance activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or a closely related technical field.
• 1–2 years of practical experience in refrigerator or cooling equipment maintenance.
• Possession of relevant technical certification in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and travel between different locations as required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position based in the Asir Region of Saudi Arabia. The role requires the ability to travel to various locations within the region to service equipment and support customer needs.
