Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other Crew members and Managers to achieve daily operational goals.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the restaurant.

Qualifications and Requirements

Candidates for the Crew Team Member position should possess an outstanding attitude, a willingness to learn and grow, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Training will be provided for all necessary tasks. Applicants must be 16 years of age or older to work as a Crew Member at McDonald's.

Work Schedule and Development Opportunities

Crew member opportunities are available across various shifts, including breakfast, lunch, late nights, and weekends, accommodating diverse schedules. McDonald's offers training and education programs, such as Archways to Opportunity, which includes high school completion courses, upfront college tuition assistance, and English Language courses.
