Customer Success Manager ( Saudi national only)

About the Role

Honeywell International Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Manager for a full-time position. This role involves managing existing customer contracts and developing new ones within an assigned region. The objective is to align customer goals with business objectives through a data-led and customer-informed process.

Role Overview

The Customer Success Manager is responsible for driving growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and securing recurring revenue. Key activities include managing engineering tasks related to migration and upgrades within contracts, and proactively offering spot services to meet customer requirements. Building strong customer relationships is essential to foster business partnerships that deliver value for both the customer and Honeywell.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through consistent communication and efficient resolution of issues with tailored solutions.
• Act as an ambassador for the company, its products, and the industry, educating customers on the capabilities of Honeywell solutions.
• Develop an optimized, data-led model for the customer journey, ensuring alignment among all internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create and optimize upsell and cross-sell strategies, and to drive related campaigns and initiatives.
• Conduct weekly, quarterly, and annual customer business reviews to ensure product/service optimization, proactive issue resolution, and value realization from Honeywell products and solutions.
• Evaluate risk management for each customer to proactively prevent dissatisfaction or lost business, thereby driving retention throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Provide insights and relay the voice of the customer to internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, Technical Support, Operations, Finance, and Engineering.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A degree in Chemical Engineering or Process Engineering.
• Must have experience with Human-Computer Interaction (HCI).
• Must be customer-facing and possess experience in the delivery of business and process optimization.
• A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience is required.
