Nestlé Saudi Arabia is seeking a Demand & Supply Planner to join its Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages business unit. This full-time position is based in Medina and Riyadh. Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages operates as a standalone, globally managed business within the Nestlé Group, serving consumers across more than 100 markets with a portfolio of over 35 brands. The company leverages its heritage in waters to focus on growth in premium and better-for-you beverages, while prioritizing water stewardship, with all bottling sites certified to the Alliance for Water Stewardship (AWS) Standard.

Role Overview: Demand & Supply Planner

The Demand & Supply Planner ensures that the correct products are available in optimal quantities, at the right time, and at the right cost to meet customer demand and maximize profitability. This involves assuring that all branches and warehouses in KSA maintain committed quality and appropriate stock levels daily. The role requires close coordination with the logistics department, reviewing available stock, days of supply, and actual sales reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze regional forecasts, sales forecasts, warehouse available space, and production capacity.
  • Conduct detailed forecast analysis per SKU to enhance demand planning accuracy.
  • Update and monitor DSP KPIs, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Ensure all documentation for planning processes and systems is current and complies with company standards.
  • Analyze sales trends and identify key drivers of sales for critical products and product groups.
  • Create and closely follow up on production and dispatch plans to ensure stock covers target days of supply.
  • Plan materials to meet required production volumes based on forecasts, in cooperation with the procurement department and suppliers.
  • Ensure proper production planning and material planning, maintaining optimum inventory levels for both finished goods and raw & packaging materials, mitigating risks of bad goods and out-of-stock situations.
  • Prepare statistical forecasts to support the sales forecasting process and improve demand planning accuracy.
  • Plan production based on available stocks, capacity, demand, and actual sales trends.
  • Plan materials considering available stock, demand, actual sales trends, and warehouse capacity within material shelf life expiry dates, aiming for optimal inventory levels and cost efficiency.
  • Ensure stock balancing and prevent bad goods.
  • Serve as a key liaison for volume communications between commercial and technical teams.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or an equivalent field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Demand and Supply Planning.
  • Strong knowledge of Supply Chain principles.

Required Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in SAP, particularly in DSP/APO modules.
