The Role of Demi Chef de Partie

As a Demi Chef de Partie at Rosewood AMAALA in Saudi Arabia, you will support the daily operations of an assigned kitchen section. This full-time role involves ensuring food preparation meets high quality standards, maintaining efficiency, consistency, and safety within the culinary team. You will contribute to delivering dining experiences through meticulous preparation, organization, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present food items according to established recipes and quality standards within your assigned kitchen section.
• Organize and maintain mise-en-place to ensure operational readiness for service periods.
• Uphold high standards of food hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety.
• Support the maintenance, cleanliness, and proper use of kitchen equipment and work areas.
• Monitor food quality and portion control to maintain consistency and minimize waste.
• Contribute to a safe and efficient working environment while supporting departmental objectives and operational needs.

The Culinary Team

You will join the Culinary team and report directly to the Sous Chef. The team consists of culinary professionals focused on delivering dining experiences. The team is dedicated to maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and operational excellence.
