Al Salama Hospital is seeking an ER Registrar / Senior Registrar to provide high-quality, patient-centered medical care. Role Purpose

The Registrar / Senior Registrar is responsible for delivering evidence-based medical care, ensuring patient safety, and supporting clinical excellence. This involves collaboration with healthcare professionals, continuous professional development, and active participation in training and educational activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, professional, and ethical clinical services to patients.
• Diagnose and treat patients effectively and efficiently.
• Monitor and manage clinical risks associated with direct patient care.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of medical records.
• Maintain high standards of patient safety and quality of care.
• Ensure compliance with clinical governance and quality management standards.
• Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and professional ethical standards.
• Participate in clinical audits and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Support coordinated care and effective communication among healthcare professionals.

Patient Care and Communication
