About the Role

PACC Offshore Services Holdings Ltd is seeking an Executive, Government Relation for a full-time position in Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This role serves as a crucial link between the company and various government entities at both local and state levels. The Executive, Government Relation will focus on developing, maintaining, and enhancing collaborative relationships with government officials and agencies to advocate for the company’s interests, ensure regulatory compliance, and influence public policy in alignment with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange Aramco IDs for shore staff, offshore crew, and third-party contractors daily from Aramco ID offices.
  • Arrange Coast Guard and Zawil passes (Saudi Government Port entry passes) for shore staff, offshore crew, and third-party contractors daily.
  • Represent the company in coordinating and resolving operational and administrative issues at the Aramco office and port.
  • Assist with vehicle accident cases, including completing government procedures for insurance claims.
  • Arrange Aramco vehicle stickers for the Safaniyah office and third-party contractors’ vehicles.
  • Provide hospital assistance for onshore and offshore crew, including follow-up and coordination.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with government officials, agencies, and relevant bodies to support organizational objectives.
  • Manage all visa processes, including Iqama renewal, cancellation, exit/re-entry permits, and other employee-related documentation.
  • Oversee and ensure the timely renewal of company licenses, permits, and registrations (*, MISA, Municipality licenses, Civil Defence).
  • Ensure the organization adheres to government laws and regulations by coordinating with internal departments and managing correspondence.
  • Visit and represent the company at any government agency when necessary.
  • Provide support to Operation, Technical, and Crewing departments when required.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 0-1 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with government officials and agencies.
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance and public policy.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational skills for managing various documentation and processes.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments and external entities.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Eastern, Saudi Arabia, requiring daily interaction with government offices and port authorities, as well as support for onshore and offshore operations.
