The Role of Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

As a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the continuous operation and maintenance of facility systems. This full-time role requires a technically proficient engineer to ensure optimal performance, safety, and compliance across all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The position involves supervising outsourced teams and managing emergency responses.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure uninterrupted facility operations by providing engineering oversight across all shifts, 24/7.
• Supervise and guide outsourced maintenance teams in executing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for critical building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and BMS, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
• Monitor contractor performance, enforce safety and quality standards, and validate compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Lead the technical response to facility emergencies, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate rapid recovery actions.
• Review and validate maintenance reports, shift logs, and incident records, providing technical input for root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, environmental standards, and internal policies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated technical proficiency in facility systems is required.
• Experience in supervising outsourced teams is essential.
