eXtra (United Electronics Co.) is seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to lead multi-discipline maintenance operations within the Service department. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Role Overview

The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing home maintenance operations, ensuring service quality, and managing a team of technicians. This role requires a focus on operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan daily scheduling, routing, and job assignments for Home Maintenance Technicians based on specialization, service demand, and capacity.
• Ensure service quality outcomes, improve First-Time Fix rates, reduce repeat service cases, and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
• Manage technician tools and equipment, oversee spare parts issuance and reconciliation, and coordinate with Warehouse / Supply Chain regarding availability and shortages.
• Manage technician attendance, leave, discipline, and daily deployment, providing operational guidance and coaching.
• Monitor technician performance and recommend training, certification, or corrective actions as required.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, service procedures, and customer experience guidelines.
• Monitor service completion, turnaround time, quality, First-Time Fix, and capacity utilization, providing regular performance reports to management.
• Act as the primary escalation point for technical, operational, and customer-related issues, proactively identifying and addressing service risks.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 7–10+ years of technical experience.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Technical Diploma or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, or a related field.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the Service department of eXtra (United Electronics Co.).
