Technical Supervisor

About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Technical Supervisor to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role is essential for maintaining the physical safety and operational functionality of the hotel property. The Technical Supervisor contributes to guest satisfaction by ensuring all facilities are well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the physical functionality and safety of the property, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas.
• Respond promptly to guest calls and team member work orders.
• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks across multiple disciplines, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry.
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and address potential issues.
• Document all completed inspections and repairs, and flag any issues requiring further attention.
