Technical Supervisor

About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Technical Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves maintaining the physical safety and functionality of hotel facilities, contributing to the overall guest experience. The Technical Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the property's operational integrity across various areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain hotel facilities, ensuring the physical functionality and safety of the property, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas.
• Respond promptly to service requests from guests and work orders from team members.
• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including repairs and upkeep in areas such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections regularly to identify and address maintenance needs for facilities and equipment.
• Document all completed inspections and repairs, noting any issues that require further attention.

Qualifications and Experience
