Role Overview

The Technical Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the property's infrastructure and facilities are well-maintained and safe for guests and team members. This involves a range of maintenance tasks and proactive inspections to uphold the hotel's standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain hotel facilities, ensuring the physical functionality and safety of guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas.
• Respond promptly to guest service requests and team member work orders.
• Perform diverse maintenance tasks, including repairs in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry.
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and address potential issues.
• Document all completed inspections and repairs, noting any issues that require further attention.
