Technical Supervisor

About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Technical Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of physical building and systems maintenance and repairs. This full-time position is based in Saudi Arabia and involves ensuring the functionality and safety of hotel facilities to provide a memorable experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop the maintenance team, including training, scheduling, and providing guidance to ensure high-quality work and performance.
• Support the maintenance of the physical building, mechanical systems, electrical systems, HVAC, and life safety systems, ensuring compliance with local and national regulations.
• Assign and oversee daily maintenance tasks, ensuring thorough documentation of work in the property management system.
• Supervise external contractors and inspect completed work for quality and compliance standards.
• Ensure that maintenance requests, guest concerns, and emergency situations are addressed promptly and efficiently.
• Conduct scheduled and ad hoc maintenance, including planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and service requests, to ensure hotel fixtures and fittings remain in safe condition.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant technical or supervisory role within facility maintenance.
