Finance & Accounting Manager

About the Role

Amsy is seeking a Finance & Accounting Manager to oversee and manage all finance and accounting activities. This full-time role involves comprehensive financial management, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and working capital.
• Oversee monthly and annual financial closing and reporting processes.
• Monitor project and manufacturing costs, profitability, and cost variances.
• Review accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate accounting records and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Monitor project budgets, contract costs, commitments, and financial performance.
• Coordinate with project, procurement, production, and management teams on financial matters.
• Ensure compliance with VAT, ZATCA requirements, and other applicable regulations.
• Develop and improve financial controls, procedures, and reporting systems.
• Provide management with financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Lead and develop the finance and accounting team.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 8+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounting management. The role requires a strong understanding of financial principles and regulatory compliance.
