Food and Beverage Supervisor

About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join its team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing daily banquet operations and ensuring memorable guest experiences. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to enhance their experience.
• Plan, organize, and execute various events within F&B outlets, including breakfasts, coffee breaks, luncheons, dinners, cocktail receptions, and galas.
• Oversee the setup of function rooms, ensuring all items such as linens, silverware, glassware, and chinaware meet event specifications and quality standards.
• Communicate event specifications, procedures, and updates to relevant Food and Beverage teams.
• Supervise event breakdown, ensuring function rooms are cleared and equipment is stored correctly.
• Manage the F&B team, including scheduling, supervision, coaching, and recognition.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to maintain guest and team member wellbeing.
