About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor (Pre Opening) for the DoubleTree by Hilton in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing the daily operations and execution of food and beverage services, with a focus on delivering guest experiences. The position requires 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with guests in a positive and friendly manner, actively seeking opportunities to enhance their experience.
• Plan, organize, and execute various events within the F&B outlets, including breakfasts, coffee breaks, luncheons, dinners, cocktail receptions, and galas.
• Supervise the setup of function rooms, ensuring all items such as linens, silverware, glassware, and chinaware meet event specifications and quality standards.
• Communicate event specifications, procedures, and updates effectively to relevant Food and Beverage teams.
• Oversee the proper breakdown of function rooms and ensure all equipment is stored correctly for subsequent events.
• Manage the F&B team, which includes scheduling, supervision, coaching, and recognition of team members.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to maintain high standards for guest and team member wellbeing.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a supervisory capacity within the hospitality sector.
