Tasks and Responsibilities

• Creating and managing content for the e-commerce platform completely.
• Uploading and updating products, marketing descriptions, images, and content for the online store.
• Following up on organizing and classifying products within the platform and improving the user experience.
• Innovating marketing ideas and creative campaigns that align with the brand identity.
• Preparing texts for advertisements, publications, short videos, and marketing scenarios.
• Coordinating and following up with design, photography, sales, and marketing teams to implement ideas comprehensively.
• Following up on the implementation of content with external parties or partners when needed.
• Preparing content schedules and ensuring adherence to publication deadlines.
• Developing the content style to fit the target audience and market trends.
• Monitoring the performance of the content and the online platform and suggesting continuous development ideas.
• Contributing to enhancing brand visibility and increasing engagement and sales across digital platforms.

Requirements

• Experience in content writing and managing social media accounts.
• Good experience or knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Salla or Zid or similar.
• Strong skills in creative and marketing writing.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and modern content trends.
• Ability to turn ideas into executable campaigns.
• High communication and coordination skills with various parties and departments.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience in marketing, branding, or e-commerce is preferred.

• Manage and operate various social media accounts such as:

  • Instagram
  • LinkedIn
  • TikTok
  • Snapchat
  • YouTube, and more.
• Prepare and implement digital content plans and strategies in line with the company's goals.
• Write and formulate creative and marketing content in Arabic, with proficiency in English preferred.
• Create regular publishing schedules and organize content to ensure continuity and quality.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns and contribute to planning, implementing, and tracking their results.
• Monitor audience engagement and respond to messages and comments professionally.
• Analyze account performance and prepare periodic reports that include performance indicators and recommendations.
• Keep up with trends and updates related to social media platforms and utilize them to benefit the brand.
• Coordinate with design, production, and marketing teams to ensure the integration of visual messages and content.
• Contribute to developing the digital identity and communication style of the brand.
