GenAI Architect (PreSales) Arabic Speaking

About the Role

NorthBay, LLC is seeking an experienced GenAI Architect (PreSales) - Arabic Speaking to lead the design and delivery of next-generation Agentic AI solutions for enterprise clients across Saudi Arabia and the UAE. This is a full-time, senior technical leadership opportunity for an architect who combines presales and deep software engineering experience with hands-on expertise in LLM applications and autonomous AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Define technical architecture for enterprise-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Build autonomous and multi-agent workflows using modern LLM frameworks.
• Connect AI agents with APIs, databases, enterprise applications, internal tools, and third-party SaaS platforms.
• Establish reusable AI components, pipelines, and frameworks that can support multiple enterprise use cases.
• Drive improvements in model performance, context management, tool selection, latency, and operating costs.
• Establish appropriate security, privacy, governance, and compliance practices for AI deployments.
• Provide technical leadership to engineering teams working across multiple regions and time zones.
• Work directly with enterprise customers, architects, and senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering standards, documentation, and architectural best practices.

Technical Environment and Focus

The successful candidate will take ownership of the architecture and technical direction of complex Agentic AI platforms. This involves designing AI systems capable of reasoning, using tools, interacting with enterprise systems, and coordinating multiple agents to accomplish business objectives, moving beyond conventional chatbot implementations. The role requires hands-on experience across a modern AI and cloud technology stack, including:

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess over 15+ years of relevant experience, combining strategic architecture with practical implementation. This position is intended for a highly experienced architect with a strong background in Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
