GM Enterprise AI & Industry Strategy

About the Role

Tanmiah Food Co. is seeking a General Manager for Enterprise AI & Industry Strategy. This full-time role is responsible for developing Tanmiah's internal capabilities in identifying, designing, and scaling practical applications of advanced technologies such as AI, IoT, robotics, and data analytics across both operational and support functions. The position focuses on value creation through cost reduction, productivity improvements via automation and AI, and embedding digital capabilities within business units. This role emphasizes applied use cases, rapid execution, and measurable financial impact, distinct from system ownership or governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and deploy high-impact use cases across operations and support functions, including farm automation (IoT, environment optimization), AI-driven mortality prediction, feed conversion optimization, processing automation (yield, quality), output monitoring in PPLs, hatcheries, and feedmills, and RPA in support functions like HR, finance, and procurement.
• Develop an AI ecosystem across the entire value chain.
• Build and deploy Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) using Python/AI models, cloud-based tools, and IoT integrations.
• Collaborate directly with business units to test solutions and validate real-world impact.

External Ecosystem Management

• Identify and establish partnerships with AgriTech startups, AI solution providers, universities, research centers, and government authorities focused on emerging technologies (*, MEWA initiative on blockchain, NGC initiative on food security using AI).

Reporting Structure and Collaboration

This position reports directly to the Chief Strategy Officer. The GM - Enterprise AI & Industry Strategy will work cross-functionally with various departments including IT, HR, business units, and the Transformation team.

Experience Requirements

Candidates should possess between 8 to 15 years of relevant experience in advanced technologies, AI, IoT, robotics, and data analytics, with a focus on practical application and measurable business impact.
