Sahseh is seeking a Growth Specialist to manage growth initiatives across the entire customer funnel. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Growth Specialist will be responsible for driving growth from acquisition and activation through to retention and revenue. This position involves a data-driven approach to optimize performance across various channels and user lifecycle stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Snapchat, and Apple Search Ads.
• Track and optimize key performance indicators such as CAC, CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, CTR, CVR, and retention rates.
• Design and analyze A/B tests and various growth experiments.
• Analyze user behavior and funnel performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Build dashboards and translate data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, CRM, and Creative teams.
• Explore new channels, audiences, partnerships, and additional growth opportunities.
• Own initiatives end-to-end, from hypothesis generation to execution, measurement, and optimization.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Strong understanding of the Pirate Funnel (AARRR) and the full customer lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience in paid acquisition and campaign optimization.
• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with A/B testing, growth experiments, dashboard creation, and performance data analysis.
• Understanding of acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization strategies.
• Strong communication, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an environment characterized by ambiguity, rapid changes, and continuous experimentation, typical of a startup setting.

Experience Level

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in a relevant growth-focused role.
