The Guest Experience Expert Role

The Guest Experience Expert at Edition, located in the Red Sea region, is responsible for creating a unique and memorable stay for guests. This full-time role involves proactive engagement to offer a wide range of services, guiding guests throughout their visit. Experts are empowered to be mobile and responsive to immediate needs, ensuring guest satisfaction and efficient hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitating smooth guest check-in and check-out processes.
• Providing a broad spectrum of services to guide guests during their stay.
• Handling operational tasks and responding to guest requests.
• Completing reports and providing information on local events and attractions.
• Ensuring all transactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.

Operational Duties and Standards

• Maintaining a safe workspace and adhering to company guidelines and procedures.
• Respecting confidentiality and protecting company assets.
• Upholding quality standards and ensuring professional appearance, uniform, and communication.
• Performing physical tasks including standing, sitting, walking for extended periods, and moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing objects weighing less than 10 pounds without assistance.
• Executing all assigned tasks and other reasonable duties as requested to ensure guest satisfaction and hotel functionality.
