About the Role

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join the team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on creating a unique and memorable experience for guests, extending beyond standard check-in and check-out processes. The Guest Experience Expert takes initiative to provide a wide range of services and guidance throughout the guest's stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform operational tasks to ensure smooth hotel function.
• Attend to guest requests promptly and efficiently.
• Complete necessary reports and documentation.
• Provide information and commentary on local area events and highlights.
• Ensure all interactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.

Professional appearance, uniform, and communication are essential. Guest Experience Experts are expected to be active, involving standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods. The role also involves tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing objects weighing less than 10 pounds without assistance. Consistent performance of these tasks is crucial for guest satisfaction and hotel operations.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
• Related Work Experience: No related work experience required (0-1 years).
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
