About the Role: Guest Experience Expert

Marriott International is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on creating a memorable and unique experience for guests throughout their stay, extending beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. The role involves proactive engagement and a hands-on approach to guest service.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of services to guide guests through their entire stay.
• Process operational needs and address guest requests efficiently.
• Complete necessary reports and documentation.
• Share highlights and information about the local area with guests.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading vehicles.
• Transport luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell areas.

Professional appearance, uniform, and communication are essential. The role involves significant physical activity:

• Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
• Moving through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces.
• Navigating stairs and/or service ramps.
• Moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance, and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: No related work experience required (0-1 years).
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
• License or Certification: None.
