About the Role

Systems Limited is seeking a Head of AI Solutioning to lead the AI Solutioning function in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves qualifying opportunities, driving solution governance, shaping commercial strategy, and ensuring AI engagements are technically sound, commercially viable, and deliverable. The Head of AI Solutioning will provide enterprise consulting leadership, engage with executive clients, and manage the P&L and technical direction of the AI Solutioning Hub.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own opportunity qualification, including technical feasibility, commercial viability, and delivery capacity.
  • Establish AI Solutioning governance, decision rights, review standards, and escalation processes.
  • Review and approve AI solutions, architectures, and proposals before client submission.
  • Define commercial strategy, including pricing, scope, risk allocation, and delivery considerations.
  • Lead technical and business presentations with CIO, CDO, CTO, and CFO-level stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain executive relationships across strategic client accounts.
  • Own Hub P&L, including resourcing, hiring, utilization, and margins.
  • Lead solution and architecture review gates throughout the sales cycle.
  • Resolve escalations between solutioning and delivery teams.
  • Represent the AI Solutioning function in leadership and account-planning forums.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing technical presales/solutioning team.

Required Qualifications

  • 15–20+ years of enterprise technology, consulting, or solution leadership experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML or data platforms.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise AI architecture, delivery methodologies, and compliance requirements.
  • Working knowledge of Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, and Google Vertex AI, with strong awareness of the open-source AI ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of AI delivery economics, pricing, margins, SOWs, and risk allocation.
  • Proven experience managing the complete sales-to-delivery lifecycle, from qualification through handover.

Key Skills and Attributes

  • Excellent executive presence with the ability to lead high-stakes client and board-level discussions.
  • Strong talent leadership and experience building and managing technical presales/solutioning teams.
  • Proven experience in commercial negotiations, scope management, and client relationship management.
  • Ability to operate effectively with CIO/CDO/CFO-level stakeholders and across technical, commercial, and delivery functions.

Experience Required

Candidates should possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the field.
