About the Role
Jobgether is seeking a Head of Creative Marketing to lead the advertising strategy for high-growth digital products in global markets. This full-time position, based in Saudi Arabia, requires 0-1 years of experience and offers a significant opportunity for strategic ownership and measurable impact.
Role Overview
This leadership role involves shaping the creative vision for paid acquisition campaigns, from concept development through execution. The Head of Creative Marketing will build and mentor a high-performing team within a fast-paced, data-driven environment. Collaboration with user acquisition specialists is key to maximizing campaign performance through continuous testing and optimization. The position is designed for individuals who thrive on combining creativity, analytics, and leadership to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the overall creative marketing strategy to enhance paid traffic performance across multiple digital products.
- Lead the creation of advertising concepts and manage the full production lifecycle, from ideation to final asset delivery.
- Manage, mentor, and develop the Creative Marketing team, fostering a collaborative and motivated environment.
- Coordinate workflows and production schedules to ensure the timely delivery of creative assets.
- Collaborate with User Acquisition Managers to align creative initiatives with campaign objectives and performance goals.
- Establish and optimize creative production processes, implementing scalable workflows and best practices.
- Design and refine testing methodologies to continuously improve creative effectiveness and campaign results.
- Monitor creative performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a creative marketing leadership role.
- A solid understanding of User Acquisition and Performance Marketing principles.
- Demonstrated ability to develop advertising concepts that yield measurable business results.
- Experience managing creative production pipelines and prioritizing multiple projects.
- Hands-on experience with creative testing methodologies and performance optimization.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team motivation skills.
- A strategic mindset focused on achieving product and marketing KPIs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- English proficiency at a B2 level or higher.
- A collaborative, proactive, and results-oriented approach to teamwork.
- Experience with video chat, live-streaming, or social networking products is advantageous.
Work Environment
This is a full-time position located in Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a data-driven, fast-paced environment that encourages continuous testing and optimization.
