Le Meridien in Medina is seeking a Heart of House Specialist to join their team. This full-time position is crucial for supporting various essential hotel functions, primarily focusing on maintaining cleanliness and operational efficiency across different departments. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh, clean linen and spotless dining ware for guests.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including dishwashing machines, hand wash stations, and linen washers and dryers.
• Transport dishware or linens across the hotel premises.
• Ensure adherence to established quality expectations and standards in all tasks.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and other departments.
• Support the team in achieving common operational goals.
• Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager promptly.

Physical Requirements

• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
