Role Overview

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, *** is seeking a Heart of House Specialist to join our full-time team in the Red Sea region. This role is fundamental in supporting various hotel functions, primarily providing essential cleaning support across departments such as the kitchen, food and beverage, and laundry. We welcome candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare clean linen and tableware for guest use.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including dishwashers, sinks, washing machines, and dryers.
• Transport linen and tableware efficiently throughout the hotel premises.
• Contribute actively to achieving departmental and hotel objectives.

Operational Standards and Team Collaboration

• Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain established quality standards in all tasks performed.
• Present a professional appearance and communicate effectively at all times.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and other departments.
• Support team efforts to achieve common goals and objectives.
• Listen and respond appropriately to concerns raised by other employees.
• Report any accidents, damage, or hazardous conditions to management promptly.
• Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.

Physical Requirements

• Engage in physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing objects weighing less than 50 pounds without assistance.
• Maintain mobility, including standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods.
• Perform movements requiring bending, kneeling, turning, stretching, and stooping.
