About the Role

EDITION is seeking a Hostess - Saudi National to join its team. This full-time role focuses on creating a memorable and unique guest experience, extending beyond basic food service to encompass comprehensive guest interaction and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Set tables according to established standards.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Interact with and serve guests, ensuring their dining experience is positive.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and supplies.
• Ensure transactions are handled as part of the overall guest experience.

Workplace Standards and Physical Requirements

The role requires physical activity, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and moving over various surfaces. Responsibilities also involve reading and verifying information from menus, and performing tasks that require moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance. This includes reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
