The Role of Hostess

As a Hostess, you will serve as the initial point of contact for guests visiting dining venues at Rosewood AMAALA in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves creating welcoming first impressions and managing the guest experience from arrival. You will report to the Team Leader within the Food & Beverage department.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet, and escort guests with professionalism to ensure a smooth arrival.
• Manage restaurant reservations, seating arrangements, guest preferences, and inquiries accurately using the reservation system.
• Coordinate with service teams to optimize table allocations, ensure restaurant readiness, and maintain service flow during each shift.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests, and resolve concerns professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Monitor outlet presentation, cleanliness, menu availability, and operational standards to ensure a refined dining environment.
• Support daily restaurant operations, maintain compliance with Forbes, LQA, brand, and safety standards, and provide operational leadership in the absence of the Team Leader.

Team and Operational Context

This role is an integral part of the Food & Beverage team, contributing to memorable dining experiences. You will work closely with restaurant leadership and service teams to ensure seamless operations, effective guest engagement, and consistent adherence to high service standards across the outlet. The position requires upholding the luxury hospitality standards of Rosewood AMAALA.
