Key Responsibilities

• Take initiative to deliver a wide range of services ensuring guest satisfaction during meals.
• Set tables and prepare dining areas.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff.
• Interact with and serve guests, making transactions feel integrated into the experience.
• Clean work areas and maintain supplies.

• Create and maintain a safe workplace environment.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.

• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, including moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Read and visually verify information, such as menus.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a related guest service role.
• Ability to perform all listed responsibilities and physical requirements consistently.
