Work Environment and Physical Requirements

The role requires active participation in a dynamic service environment. Guest Service Experts are expected to be on their feet, moving around for extended periods, and navigating various surfaces. The position involves managing menus and taking a hands-on approach to tasks, including lifting and moving objects.

Physical Demands

• Standing, sitting, or walking for extended durations.
• Moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Reading and visually verifying information from menus.
• Moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
