Key Responsibilities

• Deliver guest requests promptly and efficiently.
• Stock housekeeping carts with necessary supplies.
• Clean guest rooms and public spaces to established standards.
• Perform other similar duties to ensure hotel spaces enhance the guest experience.

• Maintain confidentiality regarding guest and company information.

• Maintain a professional appearance, uniform, and communication style.

Physical Requirements

This role requires physical activity, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. Candidates must be able to take a hands-on approach to work, which involves moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. The ability to perform these tasks, along with other reasonable job duties, is essential for success in this position.
