HR Generalist

About the Role

Johnson Controls Arabia is seeking an HR Generalist to provide specialized administrative support to employees and line managers. This full-time role involves responding to complex inquiries, administering HR programs, and supporting various HR activities through data collection and analysis. The HR Generalist will also process complex data requests and coordinate with other HR representatives for escalation support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized administrative support to employees and line managers.
• Respond to complex inquiries from employees across the enterprise.
• Administer and execute specific HR programs.
• Collect and analyze data to support various HR activities.
• Process complex data requests efficiently and accurately.
• Coordinate with HR Representatives I & II to provide necessary escalation support.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor's Degree is required.
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is suggested, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (*, a 2-year degree with 6 years of suggested minimum experience).

Required Skills and Attributes

• Ability to set and achieve daily operational objectives that impact others within the job area.
• Proficiency in explaining facts, practices, and policies to both internal and external parties.
• Capability to correct or resolve issues and problems within existing systems and processes, including making minor changes.
• A broader knowledge of theory and principles within a professional discipline or advanced technical/operational practices.
• Ability to address problems that may be vaguely defined, requiring understanding and consideration of other job areas.

Work Environment and Scope

This is an individual contributor role with no direct responsibility for leading others. The application of knowledge is primarily domestic, limited to locations within a country or neighboring countries with similar cultural contexts. The role requires an individual who can operate effectively within established frameworks while addressing evolving challenges.
