HR Manager

About the Role

BAAN Holding | بان القابضة is seeking an HR Manager to join its team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for a professional with 5-10 years of experience in human resources, preferably within the tourism and hospitality industry. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and overseeing various HR functions to support the company's goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall goals.
• Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including interviewing and onboarding new employees.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to promote professional growth and development.
• Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
• Plan and coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Administer employee benefits, compensation, and payroll processes.
• Develop and maintain HR records and reports, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and policies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the tourism and hospitality industry.
• In-depth knowledge of HR principles, laws, and best practices.
• Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
