Inventory Controller

About the Role

TIBBIYAH is seeking an Inventory Controller to manage stock flow, maintain inventory records, and coordinate warehouse operations. This full-time position is based in the Central Region and focuses on ensuring stock accuracy and timely reporting.

Role Summary

The Inventory Controller is responsible for overseeing the entire inventory management process, from order creation and project management to final handover and delivery verification. This role requires close coordination with various internal stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate order creation with relevant stakeholders, including Sales, Product Managers, and the PM and OP Teams.
• Manage project orders from their initiation through to final handover, collaborating with all involved departments and stakeholders.
• Organize and conduct project handover meetings, ensuring outcomes are communicated to all concerned parties.
• Follow up with stakeholders to prepare and publish weekly delivery reports.
• Track equipment and materials prior to shipping and verify their compliance with established standards.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position located in the Central Region. The role requires consistent on-site presence to manage inventory and coordinate warehouse activities effectively.
