Pairs is seeking an Investment Banking Associate to manage investor engagement for opportunities on its platform. This full-time role, based in Saudi Arabia, involves connecting investors with screened deals and overseeing the investor process with a disciplined approach. The position offers a base salary plus commission and requires 0-1 years of experience.

Pairs operates as a global network connecting family offices, institutional investors, VCs, and angels. The platform rigorously screens deal flow, presenting only thoroughly vetted opportunities to its network. Pairs also co-invests alongside its network members. The company's model focuses on introductions and relationship management rather than direct deal execution, with investors committing capital directly to companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing investor processes for each opportunity, ensuring appropriate investor outreach and follow-up until a clear outcome is achieved.
• Cultivating and expanding investor relationships, including family offices, high-net-worth individuals, angels, and funds that invest directly in companies.
• Matching investors with relevant opportunities based on a clear understanding of their investment criteria.
• Maintaining ongoing engagement with investors to ensure continued collaboration between opportunities.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in live capital raises or M&A processes, with direct involvement in investor or buyer outreach.
• Established personal investor relationships, with the ability to detail their origins.
• Understanding of investor requirements before a meeting and strategies for engaging busy individuals.
• A high standard for precision in communication, particularly in investor correspondence.
• Demonstrated discretion in handling sensitive information.
• Proficiency in using AI tools for work enhancement, with sound judgment regarding their application.

Work Environment and Benefits

This is a fully remote, asynchronous role. The Associate will work directly with the two co-founders and the investor team within a flat organizational structure, gaining direct insight into deal screening processes. The role offers immediate access to live mandates and screened opportunities from the first week.
