About the Role

stc is seeking a Key Account Manager to oversee large-scale account sales and contribute to the development of a consolidated account management strategy. This full-time role is critical for meeting STC’s overall profit targets and involves monitoring account development budgets and managing relationships with key accounts.

Role Purpose and Scope

The primary purpose of this position is to manage and grow relationships with medium-sized accounts across various verticals. The Key Account Manager will identify new business opportunities, support negotiation processes, and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering tailored solutions. The role also involves significant coordination with internal departments and supervision of team performance to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with medium accounts across various sectors.
• Identify potential and new business opportunities within existing medium accounts to increase STC’s revenue.
• Support negotiation processes and opportunity closures to enhance STC revenues and reduce costs.
• Supervise work units within the specified area to ensure efficient workflows and accurate outputs.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to understand sales strategies and commercial goals, contributing to short and long-term account management plans.
• Update account plans based on client needs and requirements.
• Deliver solutions tailored to customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction with services.
• Supervise internal process improvement projects and initiatives as required.
• Manage team performance, ensuring profit targets and sales goals are effectively communicated and implemented.
• Act as Project Coordinator for medium-scale sales projects and tenders, managing client relationships for assigned accounts.
• Review technical reports and forecasts related to accounts to inform senior management on sales status.
• Partner with marketing stakeholders to stay updated on client requirements for product/service development.
• Supervise account management budgets to ensure effective utilization for increasing STC’s sales.
• Contribute to managing medium tender processes and establishing contractual agreements in coordination with relevant sectors.
• Review documentation for medium-scale proposal development, incorporating inputs from personnel to maximize win rates.
• Develop detailed short and long-term plans based on current and future product/service needs.
• Manage assigned medium-scale accounts and provide technical expertise to the team to meet and exceed profit/sales targets.
• Review progress and sales performance reports for assigned accounts regularly.
• Deliver necessary training to own and partner sales staff.
• Supervise staff as needed to ensure work continuity.

Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 6-7 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
