About the Role

This full-time position is responsible for overseeing the development and completion of job progress milestones through effective scheduling. The role involves coordinating with various internal teams to ensure project priorities are met and schedules are accurately maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the development and completion of job progress milestones through meticulous scheduling.
• Coordinate with procurement and material managers, as well as engineering work group leads, regarding essential supply items.
• Establish and communicate priorities for projects to guarantee timely completion.
• Contribute to forecasts and disbursements by performing detailed schedule analysis.
• Solve complex and unique problems within project controls using specialized knowledge or skills.
• Direct the daily activities of business, technical support, or functional support teams within project controls.
• Establish priorities for the completion of assigned tasks and manage resources effectively.
• Provide guidance to less experienced team members.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in scheduling, planning, or project controls.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret internal and external issues and develop best practices.
• Broad knowledge of project controls, policies, procedures, and business strategy.
• Proven experience in directing resources and prioritizing tasks.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical skills for performing schedule analysis and contributing to forecasts.
• Excellent coordination and communication abilities to interact with various departments and stakeholders.
