Lead Specialist Scheduling/Planning

About the Role

KBR Saudi Arabia is seeking a Lead Specialist, Scheduling/Planning to join their team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This full-time role involves overseeing the development and completion of project milestones through effective scheduling and planning. The specialist will work under general direction, applying specialized knowledge to address complex problems within project controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the development and completion of job progress milestones through detailed scheduling.
• Coordinate with procurement and material managers, as well as engineering work group leads, regarding essential supply items.
• Provide priorities for projects to guarantee timely completion.
• Contribute to forecasts and disbursements by performing comprehensive schedule analysis.
• Establish priorities for the completion of assigned tasks.
• Interpret internal and external issues and develop best practices.
• Direct resources, prioritize tasks, and provide guidance to less experienced team members.

Problem Solving and Direction

The Lead Specialist will utilize specialized knowledge and skills to solve complex and unique problems. This includes directing the daily activities of business, technical support, or functional support within project controls. The role requires a strong ability to use judgment in interpreting various issues and developing effective best practices to ensure project success.

Experience and Expertise
