About the Role

SRG is seeking a Legal Advisor to join their team. This full-time position requires an experienced professional to provide strategic legal guidance and ensure compliance within the business operations. The role involves acting as a trusted advisor, supporting sound decision-making while upholding legal, regulatory, and corporate governance standards.

Role Overview

The Legal Advisor will be responsible for safeguarding the organization's legal and commercial interests. This includes managing various legal documents and agreements, collaborating with internal teams to identify and mitigate risks, and ensuring adherence to evolving legal requirements. The focus is on delivering practical, business-oriented legal solutions that facilitate operations while effectively managing risk exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a broad range of commercial agreements and legal documents.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess between 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a legal advisory role.
• Demonstrated ability to provide strategic legal guidance and support business decision-making.
